A PERSONAL NOTE FROM ANDY RIEDER, OWNER & INSPECTOR
I love houses. I love them for a lot of reasons. A house is the place we call home, where we spend most of our time, raise families, and create memories that last a lifetime. For most of us, a home is the largest and most important investment we will ever make. As a homeowner, husband, father, and investor, the decision to purchase a home is not something I take lightly considering the inherent risks involved. This is the foundation that Active Home Inspection Services is built on, and it is my duty to integrate this principle into each home inspection service.
Why I believe our service stands out over other home inspectors;
What makes us great at what we do is our experience working with people, solving problems, explaining complex issues in easy to understand ways, and reducing stress. We have the necessary background in construction, education, and certifications, but what is most important to us is making you feel comfortable.
Buyers want to know that a home is safe, structurally and mechanically sound, and free of health risks. Our home inspector's visual evaluation will provide a solid foundation of knowledge about the home, its components and systems. In addition to reporting any deficiencies or potential failures, our home inspector will include maintenance tips and other information to help you protect your investment.
